We are committed to teaching and supporting the next generations of professionals.

Our wish is that they find at Akelarre a place where they can acquire knowledge. We accompany them on the path from theory to practice and help them gain an insight into the daily reality of a place like Akelarre.

Each year we host a limited number of internships, so if you are interested and meet the criteria, send us your application now.

STUDENTS WITH AN INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

THOSE WHO HAVE FINISHED THEIR CULINARY STUDIES

Students with an Internship Agreement

Applications for curricular internships for students who are still studying and training, and have the backing of their school or university, covered by an Internship Agreement and school insurance.

Requirements

  1. High school, college or university student with an Internship Agreement from your school or university.
  2. Good level of Spanish (understanding and oral) to be able to carry out everyday tasks. We will hold a Zoom interview with you.
  3. Have at least 3 to 10 months to carry out your internship.
  4. Have an EIN/student visa.

 

Benefits

  1. Supervised internship at Akelarre.
  2. Meals on working days.
  3. Shared accommodation near Akelarre (subject to availability).
  4. Access to the Akelarre intranet.
  5. Work experience certificate and letter of recommendation.

    Those who have finished their culinary studies

    Internship applications for candidates who have completed their culinary studies and wish to continue their training and expand their knowledge and experience at our company.

    Requirements

    1. Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
    2. Hold a university degree or intermediate or higher vocational training in gastronomy.
    3. Good level of Spanish (understanding and oral) to be able to carry out everyday tasks. We will hold a Zoom interview with you.
    4. Have 4 to 10 months to do your internship.
    5. Have an EIN/student visa.

     

    Benefits

    1. Complete a BCC-certified theoretical course and supervised work experience at Akelarre.
    2. Meals on working days.
    3. Shared accommodation near Akelarre (subject to availability).
    4. Access to the Akelarre intranet.
    5. Official certification and letter of recommendation.
